Validating Microsoft Tenant Id - Hosted Essentials

This feature enables Live Essentials end customers to access the Live Platform Portal using their Microsoft Tenant Id. Once validated, customer operators can be configured in the Live Platform Enterprise application for logging into to the Live portal (see Accessing Live Platform portal with Microsoft Azure MFA).

To validate Microsoft Tenant Id:

1.

In the Service portal Navigation pane, select Configuration > M365 Configuration.

Enter the Microsoft Azure Customer Tenant Id and then click Validate. A confirmation message is displayed.
